August is a special month. This August marks the 6th year of blogging for me!
So here’s a little recap of the past six years:
- Last year I first got to Melbourne, met CheerTiff, BeautyQueenCrystal, RedWineBel to name a few.
- In 2009, the finals of the Most Wanted Ruumate competition and Merdeka in Bangkok.
- I spent 2008‘s Independence day with KidSisterAmelia, MommaChoe and ChefDaddy on holiday in Singapore!
- 2007 was Malaysia’s 50th birthday, a quiet night with a round of drinks at UncleJinWei’s and the year I was in college.
- Partying up the the girls in 2006 and the family Bangkok trip
- I don’t remember much of 2005, only that I was in high school and I got my braces off!
I can’t believe this blog is six years old. Also, I can’t believe how little time I spend in Malaysia for Independence day! Happy holidays everyone!

ahhaha when i was there i missed thunder and lightning too! coz i LOVE lightnings. and rainbows. and many other things. FOOD.

This may be weird, but the sound of thunder helps me sleep. It’s always nice to sleep when it’s raining in Malaysia. AND THE FOOD!!! OMG I want chili pan mee, laksa, chee cheong fun, banana leaf rice (the list is very elaborate, I shall stop here). AND SALMON SASHIMI!!!
And yes, I’ll ABSORB like a Spongebob!
