So I’m really looking forward to making it back home to KL. I do love it here in Australia, but really…. Home is home. And what’s more, EvilTwinHanie has been saying she wants to pull me by the hair to all these events that are being lined up as we speak.

To be honest, I don’t think she’s going to need to drag me. At this rate, I’m dying for a good party. I’m not really keen on the Melbourne party scene. Maybe I just haven’t been to the right places, but I don’t know lah.

I’m already penning down parties in my little black book. =D

XPLAY is a series of music events nationwide that brings various genres of music together.

The first XPAX Music event I went to was the Celcom XBerry Party at Republic. I remember that being tones of fun and just mucking about and totally dancing the life out of me with The Ruud and RainbowDave. And the TAG boys and PresidentJoe.

This year when I get back, I’m gonna get to attend another party – The Shout Awards! The Shout! Awards is an entertainment award show created to celebrate the local entertainment industry (WHOA, that sounded totally like what I said for the objective of my Festivals and Events assignment.)

But first there’s the Xplay Shout! pre-show party for the Shout! Awards and it’s happening at The Library e@Curve on the 13^th of November 2010. That’s one day after my exams are over, so yeah… BUT SHOUT! AWARDS let’s go!

I’m going to miss out on the performances by the 2009 Shout! Awards winners and also DJs. People who attend will also get to mingle with the Mobile Content Award 2010 Nominees at the party.

So as I said, I’m not going to be able to attend the pre-show party. THEREFORE I’M GOING TO NEED SOMEONE IN KUALA LUMPUR TO ATTEND THE PARTY ON BEHALF OF ME PLEASE.
